Primelegal.ch gmbh was founded in Berne on May 31, 2010 with a share capital of CHF 20'000.00.  The company has been established for the purpose of providing legal services in Switzerland and abroad, in particular with respect to M&A transactions and related activities.  Sole owner of the company is Markus Zimmermann.
